Frequently Asked Questions

What's the lowdown?

Q: What is the rental period?
A: The standard rental period is 10 days. If you need more time, additional days are available at $10.00 per day.

Q: Is there a weight limit for dumpsters?
A: Yes, each dumpster has a specific weight limit. If the weight exceeds that limit, there is an additional charge of $70.00 per ton over the allowed amount.

Q: Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?
A: Yes, a $75.00 additional fee may apply for the following situations:

  • Blocked container

  • Overloaded container

  • Poor environmental conditions at the time of delivery or during service

  • Overfilled container

  • If the container cannot be hauled safely

To avoid extra charges, please ensure the container is accessible, not overfilled, and the surrounding area is safe for service.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations must be made before the container is loaded onto the truck. If the delivery is already in progress, or if the driver attempts delivery and is turned away, a $75.00 cancellation fee will apply.

Q: Do you automatically pick up containers when the rental period ends?
A: Yes, we will schedule after 10 days to automatically come pick up a container. If you would like to extend the rental period, give us a call prior to the pickup day (additional fees will apply). If you would like the container removed at an earlier date, please give us a call to schedule an early pickup.

Q: What is considered safe for transport when loading a container?
A: For safe transport, containers must be:

  • Evenly loaded with no materials sticking out or hanging over the sides
